These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 8777sx ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://8777sx.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications and associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

8777sx is an English-language online sports betting and live casino platform designed for the Pakistan market. The Platform displays account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and references payment options familiar to Pakistani users. 8777sx does not claim to hold any licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice.

These Terms apply in full to all Users regardless of location. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, you understand them, and you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

By completing the registration process, clicking any "I Agree", "Accept" or equivalent confirmation, accessing the Platform for betting or gaming purposes, or depositing funds into your Account, you unambiguously accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any supplemental policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. Where such authority does not exist, you assume personal liability for all obligations arising under this Agreement.

To register and maintain an Account on 8777sx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as may be required by the applicable operator or licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. You are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining this.
3. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under duress, undue influence, or as an agent for an undisclosed third party.
4. You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction as defined in Section 2.
5. You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed by 8777sx or any other gambling operator.
6. You are not registering for the purpose of acting as a proxy or agent for another person who does not independently meet these eligibility requirements.
7. You are not an employee, contractor or affiliate of 8777sx or any of its related entities, where such persons are prohibited from holding betting accounts under internal policy.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact details. You undertake to update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. 8777sx will not ask for your password via email, live chat or any other channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be attributed to you, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you, unless you have promptly notified us of suspected unauthorised access.

8777sx applies Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in accordance with applicable compliance standards. Identity verification is required prior to the processing of any withdrawal and may be requested at any stage of your use of the Platform at the operator's discretion.

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of payment method (e.g., screenshot of wallet or bank account showing your name)
• Source of funds documentation where required under AML risk procedures

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe communicated by 8777sx support may result in suspension of withdrawal rights, account restrictions or, in cases where legal obligations require it, account closure.

All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the 8777sx Privacy Policy. Documents are used solely for the purpose of identity verification and compliance and are not shared with third parties except as required by law or as described in the Privacy Policy.

Deposits can be made using the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of your deposit. Available methods, minimum and maximum deposit limits, applicable processing times and any fees are displayed in the cashier and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

Familiar Pakistan payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced for informational context. None of these payment providers endorses gambling transactions, and availability of any method depends on that provider's own policies, KYC requirements and applicable local regulations at the time of your transaction.

8777sx only accepts deposits made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Deposits made in error may be refunded at the operator's discretion, subject to identity verification and applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completed KYC verification, compliance review and the payment method's own processing timeline. 8777sx does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Indicative timeframes are provided in the cashier for reference only and may be affected by bank processing, compliance checks, public holidays and payment-provider operational factors outside our control.

Withdrawals are ordinarily processed to the same payment method used for the associated deposit unless the method does not support withdrawals, in which case an alternative method may be arranged subject to additional identity verification.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are stated in the cashier and may vary by method.
• 8777sx reserves the right to apply withdrawal fees where applicable. Applicable fees are disclosed in the cashier before you confirm a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined where the account is under review, the KYC process is incomplete, or the request is otherwise flagged under AML policy.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds may be subject to additional wagering conditions before becoming eligible for withdrawal. See Section 10.

All bets placed on the 8777sx sportsbook are governed by these Terms and by the specific market rules displayed at the time of placement. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable market rules.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmation reference number. Unconfirmed bets are void.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed at the time of bet placement may differ from the starting price if the market was set to "Accept Better Odds" or "Reject" mode. The mode applicable to your account is displayed in account settings.
• Void Bets: 8777sx reserves the right to void bets in cases of manifest error, system malfunction, integrity concerns, event abandonment or where applicable rules require voiding. Voided bets are returned to your Account Balance at the original stake.
• In-Play Bets: Live/in-play bets are subject to a brief acceptance delay. 8777sx is not liable for any delay between a live event outcome and the recording of that outcome in the in-play system.
• Maximum Payout: Maximum payout per bet or per event may be subject to limits communicated in the market or in the specific sport rules. Any winnings exceeding this limit will be paid to the maximum stated cap.
• Cricket Markets: PSL, ICC and other cricket markets are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules available in the help section. 8777sx has no official affiliation with PCB, PSL, ICC or any team or franchise.

8777sx may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload offers and other promotional incentives to registered Users. Each promotion is subject to specific terms that govern eligibility, activation, wagering requirements, game restrictions and expiry dates. These specific terms are displayed on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where they conflict.

Key general principles applicable to all 8777sx promotions include:

• Bonus funds are awarded as promotional credits distinct from real-money balances. Bonus funds must meet stated wagering requirements before any related winnings become available for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, where applicable, specify the multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered on eligible games or markets before the bonus converts to real-money balance.
• Only one active welcome bonus applies per household, device, IP address or payment method. Attempts to claim multiple first-deposit bonuses through related accounts constitute abuse and may result in account suspension.
• Time limits on bonus activation and wagering completion are clearly stated per promotion. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met are forfeited.
• 8777sx reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Notice will be provided where material changes affect active bonuses.
• Any suspected abuse of bonus mechanics — including but not limited to low-risk staking strategies designed to extract value without genuine participation — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 8777sx Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, withholding of funds and, where warranted, referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Underage Gambling: Accessing the Platform while under the minimum eligible age, or facilitating access for minors.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, chargeback abuse or any other form of financial fraud.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, market prices or bonus claim mechanisms.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers through connected accounts, structured staking patterns or any method that undermines the legitimate purpose of a promotion.
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, crawlers or any other automated tool to access or interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Integrity Violations: Exploiting system errors, software bugs, malfunctions or security vulnerabilities, or communicating such vulnerabilities to other users before notifying 8777sx.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, layer or otherwise process criminally obtained funds.

8777sx is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist Users in managing their gambling activity. These tools are available to all verified Account holders and include deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion.

8777sx will not market to Users who have self-excluded or who are subject to a cooling-off period. All responsible-gambling requests are actioned as a matter of priority by our support team.

All Content on the 8777sx Platform — including but not limited to the 8777sx brand name and logo, text, graphics, interface design, software, odds data, game content and audio-visual material — is the intellectual property of 8777sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not constitute a transfer of title in any Content and does not grant you any rights to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any Content beyond personal use.

You must not use the 8777sx name, logo or any Content in connection with any third-party service, product, website or promotional material without express prior written consent from 8777sx.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8777sx, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data, goodwill or reputation;
• Technical interruptions, system failures or data transmission errors;
• Losses arising from reliance on any Content, odds data or Platform feature;
• Unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any gambling losses incurred through use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits 8777sx's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to those carve-outs, 8777sx's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8777sx reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Reviewed" date. Where the changes are significant, we may additionally notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account. Any bets placed or funds deposited prior to your closure request will be settled and returned in accordance with the Terms applicable at the time of the relevant transaction.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator is incorporated or holds its operating licence. Specific jurisdictional details are available on request to support.

Nothing in this clause prevents 8777sx from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to protect its legitimate interests, including the prevention of fraud, breach of confidentiality or intellectual property infringement.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that these Terms do not constitute advice that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. The Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws may restrict or prohibit online gambling. Users are solely responsible for their own compliance.
